Questions
How do I close a loop?
Swipe through matching monsters and come back to the one you started on, then lift your finger. The loop folds them into the next, bigger monster.
Where is my progress saved?
On your phone, and in your iPhone's own backup (iCloud or your computer). The game also keeps a cloud copy of its own unless you switch Cloud backup off in Settings.
How do I move my progress to a new phone?
Open Settings on the old phone: under Cloud backup there is a ten-letter code. On the new phone open Settings, tap Restore from a code and type it in. Keep the code to yourself: anyone who has it can download that copy.
What are hearts?
Hearts are tries at new levels. You have five; losing a new level or leaving it halfway costs one, and one grows back every 30 minutes. Replaying a level you have already cleared, the daily level, the puzzle of the day and Endless never cost a heart. Out of hearts? Wait a little, watch a video for one, or fill up for coins.
What do the helpers do?
Scissors snip any line out of the way. Undo takes your last move back. Shuffle makes every monster hop to a new spot. +3 Moves lets you keep going when a level runs out.
How do free coins and videos work?
Videos are always your choice and never interrupt play. In the Shop a video gives 40 coins; after a level it can double the coins you won, give extra moves when you run out, or a heart when you are out of them. You can watch up to 20 a day. If no video loads, try again a little later.
Why does the game ask about reminders?
So it can nudge you once in the evening about the puzzle of the day and warn you when a streak is about to end. They are made by your phone itself, nothing is sent anywhere. Switch them off in Settings any time.
How do I change my name on the leaderboard?
Open Awards and tap the dice next to your name. Names are made up by the game, so nobody's real name shows on the board.
How do I turn off music or sounds?
Open Settings (the gear) and switch Music or Sound effects off. The game plays sound even when your iPhone is on silent, so these switches are the way to quiet it.
Can I stop personalized ads?
Yes. On your iPhone open Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking and turn LOOP off. More in our privacy policy.
I saw an ad that seemed wrong. What can I do?
Email a screenshot of it to anvarigno@proton.me. We'll block that advertiser in our ad settings.
How do I delete my leaderboard results?
Email anvarigno@proton.me with your player name (it's in Awards) and the days you played, and we'll delete them.
